Terms and Conditions of Use (ToU)

These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the “ToU”) define the terms of access and use of the service offered by the Minddex platform (hereinafter the “Platform”).
By checking the box “I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions of Use”, you acknowledge that you have read these ToU and accept them without reservation.
1. Purpose of the Platform
Minddex is a strategic monitoring tool dedicated to analyzing brand visibility in responses generated by artificial intelligence models (LLMs), their competitive positioning, and the recommended actions to optimize their presence.
2. Access to the Service
Access to Minddex requires the creation of a user account. The user agrees to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information when registering.
Minddex reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of non-compliance with these ToU.
3. Use of the Service
The user agrees to use the service for lawful, professional, and non-competitive purposes.
Any attempt at mass data extraction, reverse engineering, or misuse of the Platform is strictly prohibited.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, analyses, dashboards, scores, recommendations, and algorithms made available on the Platform are protected by intellectual property law and are the exclusive property of Minddex.
Any reproduction, distribution, or reuse without express authorization is prohibited.
5. User Data
The data you provide to us (projects, analyzed brands, content, documents, etc.) remains your exclusive property.
You authorize Minddex to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the requested services. Minddex undertakes never to sell it to third parties.
6. Liability
Minddex strives to provide a reliable and up-to-date service. However, no guarantee is given regarding the accuracy or completeness of the analyses, in particular due to the inherent limitations of the artificial intelligence models used.
Minddex shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage related to the use of the service.
7. Termination
The user may delete their account at any time. Minddex reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in the event of a clear violation of these ToU or abusive use.
8. Amendments
These ToU may be modified at any time. In the event of substantial changes, users will be informed. Continued use of the service shall constitute acceptance of the updated ToU.
9. Governing Law
These ToU are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
